फ्लिपकार्ट ने वालमार्ट के साथ 15 अरब डॉलर की डील को अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है। इससे वालमार्ट को फ्लिपकार्ट के 75 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी मिल जाएगी। डील के तहत कंपनी का वैल्यूएशन लगभग 20 अरब डॉलर तय किया गया है।

[ad_1] ख़बर सुनें ख़बर सुनें हाईकोर्ट के पारिवारिक अदालतों की देखरेख के सवाल पर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट अपने ही फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है। उसकी अपील पर जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई और जस्टिस आर भानुमति की पीठ ने प्रतिवादी और उत्तर प्रदेश न्यायिक सेवा एसोसिएशन को नोटिस जारी कर छह सप्ताह में जवाब देने को कहा है। हाईकोर्ट की ओर से जगजीत सिंह छाबड़ा और यशवर्धन मामले की पैरवी कर रहे हैं।   इस मामले में मुख्य मुद्दा उत्तर प्रदेश में पारिवारिक अदालतों की देखरेख की जिम्मेदारी हाईकोर्ट को दिए जाने के विरोधाभाषी नियमों को लेकर है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा पास उत्तर प्रदेश पारिवारिक अदालत नियम, 1995 के नियम 36 कहता है कि सभी पारिवारिक अदालतें हाईकोर्ट की देखरेख में काम करेंगी।  हालांकि, हाईकोर्ट द्वारा पास उत्तर प्रदेश पारिवारिक अदालत नियम, 2006 के नियम 58 के अनुसार पारिवारिक अदालत के जज जिला जज की प्रशासनिक एवं अनुशासनात्मक देखरेख के तहत आएंगे। अलबत्ता, इन पर हाईकोर्ट का पूर्ण नियंत्रण होगा। उत्तर प्रदेश न्यायिक सेवा एसोसिएशन ने नियम 58 को खत्म करने के लिए हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। उसने इसके 1995 क...
